Bookings made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a £2 late booking fee and must be made via email/Whatsapp

Cancellation must be made with 48 hours notice to receive a refund of fees. This can be done by logging into your account, or via email/Whatsapp

Children must bring their own nut-free packed lunches. Fruit, snacks and water will be available to everyone throughout the day. 

Our dedicated and caring staff are passionate about childhood play and have the experience and qualifications to provide high-quality care. We maintain adult-to-child ratios of 1:10 to ensure the proper attention and support is provided to everyone.

Summers are getting warmer and we ask that all children bring a hat and bottle of water each day. We ask that parents please apply suncream in the morning and provide suncream to be applied throughout the day. We always plan our activities carefully to meet the daily weather and activities are subject to change if they are deemed unsuitable given the weather that day.
