Our operating hours are Monday to Thursday from 3.20pm to 6:00 pm and Fridays 2;30pm to 5:00pm
We cater to children from Reception to year 6
You can login and book any time, there is a £2 late booking fee for any bookings made with less than 48 hours notice, and you can cancel your booking up for 4 hours before club start time.
Children complete their homework or read quietly when they arrive at the club, then we serve food at 4pm, catering to all dietary requirements, before our activities begin. We schedule between 2 and 3 activities each day, including outdoor play, arts and crafts, science experiments, group games, karaoke competitions, lego building and much more!
Willow Wonderclub offers a number of booking timeslots, at an hourly rate of £7.20. You can pay using childcare vouchers, Tax Free Childcare, or credit/debit card. There is also the option to split your payments into even monthly payments over your choice of months.
Yes! We offer a 10% sibling discount, aswell as a 10% discount for annual bookings.
You'll need to create and account with us and enter your details before you can make a booking. Once this is done, you can login and make bookings at your convenience!
